We finalize your floor plan—whether it's fully custom or a modified pre-designed plan. We'll review allowances, pricing, and selections so there are no surprises later.

Selections & Permitting

With our design guidance, you'll choose your finishes, colors, and materials. Meanwhile, we handle permitting and get everything ready to break ground.

Construction Begins

This is where your vision becomes real. We stay in regular contact with progress updates and site check-ins at key stages—from framing to finishes.

Final Walkthrough & Move-in

We complete a detailed walkthrough with you, document any final punch list items, and make sure everything's ready for a smooth closing and a perfect move-in day.

How long does the build take?

Most Bluestone homes take between 6 to 9 months from permit to completion, depending on the size, complexity, weather, and material availability.

Can I make changes during construction?

Yes—change orders are possible. We'll clearly communicate how any changes affect the timeline and cost so you can make informed decisions. We do ask that all changes are final by the end of the electrical walkthrough.

What's included in my estimate?

Your estimate includes labor, materials, allowances for finish selections, and everything outlined in your initial scope of work. We'll review it line by line before moving forward.

Will I be updated during the build?

Absolutely. We provide consistent updates, milestone walkthroughs, and are always available to answer questions as your home takes shape.

Do you help with lots or design plans?

Yes—we can help connect you with land and even purchase the land for you. We can work with plans you already own or start from scratch. We also offer semi-custom options using our pre-designed layouts.
